Kylie Taylor is Pivot International’s Director and Principal Migration Consultant. With over a decade’s experience working in the healthcare sector for three of the sector’s leading recruitment and executive search firms, Kylie knows Australia’s healthcare sector, its challenges and its opportunities inside out.
Kylie has partnered industry leaders in finding recruitment solutions at both clinical and executive level across Health Services, Public Hospitals, Not-For-Profit Hospitals, Private Hospitals, Specialist Medical Organisations, Aged Care, and Universities & Health Research Organisations.
Kylie was also Regulatory and Migration Manager for one of Australia’s major healthcare recruitment firms assisting hundreds of overseas trained health professionals negotiate regulatory and migration requirements. It was during this time Kylie developed an in-depth understanding of the intricate and ever changing laws governing registration and visa applications and how to apply these.
Prior to this, Kylie spent the early part of her career working in international education in as both an English As A Second Language (ESL) teacher and Admissions and Marketing Manager for some of Australia’s leading ESL, vocational and tertiary education providers in Japan, Europe, the United Kingdom and Australia.
Kylie holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Sydney and has completed post-graduate studies in Business (UTS) and Migration Law (UNSW).
